AN IMPENDING STRIKE.
SEAMEN BEING ENROLLED. London, August 19. Messrs "Wilson, Tilett, and Mann are carrying on a vigorous propaganda among the seamen in the western ports of Europe. It is expected there will be a general strike when a million are enrolled by the unions.
