THE QUEEN'S REIGN.
MESSAGE OF THANKS TO PARLIAMENT. London, August 11. The Queen, in a message to Parliament, expressed her gratification at the sentiments of loyalty, and asked that the proposed celebration should be reserved until the completion of the sixtieth year of her reign, instead of on September 16 as suggested.
