Justice Williams sanctioned the appointment of W. R. Cook as liquidator of the J. G. Ward Farmers' Association, no other nomination being made. Mr Chapman announced that a project was on foot to reconstruct the company with the object of preventing the liquidation becoming too disastrous to shareholders.
