ANOTHER TIDAL WAVE.
FOUR THOUSAND PEOPLE DROWNED. Tokio, August 2. A small tidal wave, extending for a distance of five miles, inundated Kaingen. Four thousand people perished, and great damage was done to crops. A famine is feared.
