KIRBY IN COURT.
(By Teleorami.) Special to Standard. Wet.i.ixgtox, this day. At the S.M. Court yesterday after hearing evidence at length Ivirby was remanded until Friday next. Bassett charged with camm ing at Kirby's escape, was also remanded until the same day.
