Judgment was delivered by Judge Williams in the application by the liquidators of the Colonial Bank that an agreement between themselves and Lee-Smith and J. B. Reid be sold for 407,750. The judgment recused the proposed sale with costs. Mr Ward's business affairs were subject to severe strictures.
