Rome, May 20. Cypher telegrams from Moscow have been received in Milan.

They report that a bomb factory was discovered under the street through which the coronation procession was to pass. Seditious manifestos were scattered in the streets. A number of workmen in the Kremlin have been arrested. St. Petersburg, May 21. The French special Embassy to the coronation of the Czar at Moscow has been decorated with remarkable honours.
