INTERCOLONIAL ROWING.

GOOD FORM OF THE NEW ZEALANDERS. Sydney, May 19. The crews engaged in the fouroared intercolonial contest have been doing good work this week. The Victorians are the favourites, their win in the eights on Saturday increasing the confidence of supporters. The local crew are doing good work, but are not considered as fast as the Victorians. The New Zealanders, who have been in the hands of a good coach since arrival, have improved considerably in form, and are now working well together. It is confidently expected that they will give a- good account of themselves. The Queensland crew have withdrawn from the race.
