A coincidence at the Park in the Winter Oats —Four Australian-bred horses started. Three of them filled the places. Hope's generalship on Mutiny stood well to the Mute gelding at the finish of the steeplechase. Sweeney deserves credit for his plucky ride on Moragiuthe first steeple at the Park. W. Whit taker is engaged to ride Red and Black and Beauonweil at Dunedin. Mai tuna has been shipped to the old country. Bombshell will probably be raced in Sydney during the early spring meeting.
