TO ADVERTISERS. Advertisements inserted by the month or quarter, and withdrawn at any time before the expiry of a monthly or quarterly period, are charged for as if inserted for the full term. Alterations for standing advertisements should be handed in by 2 p.m. the day before they are required to appear. Advertisers and subscribers can remit payment by money orders or postage stamps. For the convenience of advertisers replies to advertisements may be sent to the Standard Publishing OHice, but the Proprietors do not accept any responsibility.
