ITALIANS RETURNING HOME
REORGANISING GERMAN ARMY
London, Slay 14. Mr Curzon, Parliamentary Secretary to the Foreign Office, informed the House that the Chinese Government have been warned not to include any British territory in Russian concessions without payment of compensation. Rome, May 11. Fifteen thousand Italians are returning from Erythrea. Benlin, May 14. The Government has decided to expend 875,000 marks in reorganising the army.
