Paris, April 29. M. Meline has succeeded in forming a new Cabinet.

The principle members are Premier, M. Meline ; Minister of Justice, M. Darlau ; Minister for Foreign Affairs, M. Hanotaux *, Minitter for Interior, M. Bathon ; Minister for Finance, M. Coehery; Minister for War, M. Billot ; Minister for Marine, M. Bernard. M. Libon becomes Minister for the Colonies and M. Rambaub, Minister of Education.
