The Harbor Rate Cases.
APPEAL IN RE MR McKENZIE. Information received from Wellington with regard to the appeal in the case of VI McKenzie, against whom judgment was obtained for the harbor rate, is to the effe,that the Board succeeds for the first instalment, but the demand is held fb be insufficient as to the second instalment. As the appellant was pariially successful £7 7s Od costs w-re allowed him. A new demand will therefore have to be made for the 'second instalment.
