A Case of Trespassing.

At the Resident Magistrate’s Court yesterday morning Matenga Taihuka was charged by D. Cpurtney with allowing a bull to trespass on the property of informant, who also claimed 17s 6d damages. Mr Watson appeared for the informant and Mr Finn for the defendant. D. Courtney deposed he saw the bull -in his paddock amongst his stock, and immediately got some neighbors to help him to impouJl it.
