London; Sept 26. Mr John Dillon, who was released from prison unconditionally, on eccount of ill health, has since made a defiant speech at Dublin. Two Irish priests have been sentenced to six weeks’ imprisonment for inciting to boycott. The British East African Company proposes to organise a strong expedition at Zanzibar for the relief of Emin Bey. Information from Calcutta states that an engagement has taken place at Jalapla Pass between the British and Thibetan forces, in which the latter ware routed, losing 400 men. The losses of the British were slight. The British, under General Graham, are now advancing on the enemy’s camp. Beblin, Sept 26. The publication of extracts from the late Emperor’s diary has caused a great sensation in this city. The publisher of the extracts maintains that they are authentic, and adds that legal proceedings would have been taken against him were the extracts fictitious.
