London, Sept 4. The Queensland National Bank has decided to increase its capital by £BOO,OOO. New shares will be issued to the existing holders at a premium of £3 10s. Papal organs disavow Cardinal Moran’s visit to Ireland, and assert it is unofficial. Sir D. Cooper, acting Agent-General for New South Wales, in a letter to the Times, states the sugar industry is only asking for free trade.
