THE CHINESE INVASION.
RUMOR CIRCULATING IN ENGLAND. OPINIONS OF THE PRESS. London, Sept 1. The rumor that China intends to invade Australia in 1891, when her armaments are completed, is being circulated in England. The Precs generally considers that it is reasonable on the part of Australian* to restrict the inevitable flood of Chinese by any means in their power.
