DISSATISFIED WITH THEIR MEMBER. London, Aug. 8. The constituents of Hugh Watt, member fee Caulchie, Glasgow, being dissatisfied with his actions in Parliament, h;ve called upon him to resign his seat A FATAL RAILWAY ACCIDENT. A railway collision occurred a* Teeing ton yesterday owing to a mistake made by a signalman. Six perpns were killed and many others njured. A MURDERER HANGED. Jackson, who murdered a warder at Manchester, was hanged yesterday. EVICTORS SUMMONED FOR TRESPASS. The Government officials who carried out the evictions at Kilrush have been summoned for damages and trespass, as it is alleged that the evictions were illegal. THE NAVVIES’ STRIKE. Pabis, Aug. 8. The strike among navvies is to be referred to arbitration and the Parisian Corporation will act as arbitrators. THE FISHERIES’ TREATY, r Washington, Aug. 8. In the Senate the Fisheries Treaty entered into with Canada is being strongly opposed by Senator John Sherman. He declared Canada should either be represented by the British Parliament or the American Senate, probably the latter.
