PARNELL AND THE TIMES. LOCAL GOVERNMENT AND COERCION BILLS PUBLISHED. DILLON’S SENTENCE CONFIRMED. London, Aug 7. ine limes has accepted Mr Parnell’s challenge, and has published the Irish Local Government and Coercion Bills, which, it is alleged, were not accepted by the last Cabinet. The Higher Court has confirmed the conviction o£ Mr Dillon, who had been sentenced to six months’ imprisonment for an agrarian offence.
