MELBOURNE EXHIBITION.
DECLARED OPEN. _ Melbourne, yesterday. The Exhibition was opened to-day by the Governor, Sir Henry Loch. All the Governors of the Australasian colonies, and also a number of prominent personages from other countries, were present. The proceedings passed off successfully.
