A SERIOUS OUTLOOK. Capetown, July 9. Dinizulu is being largely reinforced by Zulus and Boers. London, July 9. Lord Knutsford stated in the House of Lords that the condition of affairs in Zululand was growing serious. Dinizulu had taken up a strong position and General Smythe was advancing to attack him. His Lordship also stated that the Transvaal Republic would support the Government in the struggle against Dinizulu.
