(OWN COBKBBPONDJENT.) Wbiu-ington, yesterday. The Land Bill finally passed through the Lower House to-day, and the Railway Board Bill got through Committee. The Council have passed the Bill to reduce the number of members of the House. It is rumored that Dr. Pollen will resign his seat in the Upper House:
