COMMERCIAL IMPROVEMENT
ADDRESS BY SIR B. SAMUELSON. London, Oct. 2.
Sir B. Samuelson, M.P., addressed a special meeting of the Associated Chambers of Commerce, and made a very effective speech on various subjects relative to the welfare of the country. In dealing with the present depressed state of trade he quoted circumstances and figures, which went to show conclusively that there was real evidence that trade was improving.
