THE BRENNAN TORPEDO.
COMPLETE SUCCESS OF THE TBIALS London, July 21. The Trial of the Brennan Torpedo at Sheerness was a complete success. At the different ranges the Torpedo repeatedly struck a rapidly moving vessel. Sir J. Lorimer and Captain A. Thomas expressed the opinion that the Torpedo would be use. ful in Australian defence.
