RECONSTRUCTION PROBABLE. THE WIMBLEDON BIFLE MEETING. THE QUEEN’S PRIZE. London, July 21. The personnel of the Cabinet is being freely discussed in the newspapers which give publicity to the constant rumours of re-formation and important changes in the Ministry. At the Wimbledon meeting the Queen’s Prize was won by Lieutenant Warren of the Ist Middlesex Volunteers.
