[special to the standard.] Wellington, Last Night. A special Gazette issued this afternoon contains a proclamation dissolving Parliament. Replies have been received from the registration officers, but 'only one acknowledgement of the receipt of maps, Thirty days will be allowed from the date of the dissolution for the preparation ot rolls and a week will be given for inspection by the public. Writs for the new election will then be issued,
