The Registrar of Electors, Mr W. M. Fraser, advised the Grey Hospital Board that under the new regulations it has became the responsibility of the Electoral Department to arrange for the voting of hospital patients and other similar institutions. The Health Department also advised that it had no objection to political addresses being delivered to hospital patients and staff who wished to attend meetings for the purpose at a hospital.
