(Rec 9.30) LONDON, Nov 6. “According to the Daily Mail’s correspondent at Paris, the Foreign Ministers of the five Brussels Treaty Powers—Britain, Belgium, France, Holland and Luxembourg—are expected to sign this week-end, a multilateral convention, linking their Social Security schemes into one comprehensive “cradle to the grave” benefit network. Under this convention, each country would treat the nationals of the other four countries on the same basis as their ow'i citizens for social assistance and medical assistance. The scheme would cover benefits for sickness invalidity, old age, death, maternity, industrial injuries and .occupational diseases.
