WEST COAST NATIONAL SAVINGS ABOVE QUOTA

National Savings on the West Coast last week exceeded the quota of £lll6 by £227. The Brunnerton office took pride of place with £287, which was some £227 above its quota. Four offices, Runanga, Ross, Blackball, and Hokitika, failed to attain their quotas. Investments at each office, with the quotas in brackets, were as follows: Greymouth £653 (£530); Blackball £lO (£55); Brunnerton £287 (£60); Hokitika £159 (£195); Kumara £47 (£26); Otira £l2 (£10); Reefton £lll (£90); Ross £9 (£25); Runanga £2O (£100); Waiuta £35 (£25).
