Holiday Fatalities In Canada

The recovery of five bodies from the wreckage of a small Norseman plane which crashed in a lake in the mountains in Quebec, brought the accident toll for the Canadian Thanksgiving week-end to thirtyfive. Three Montreal doctors and a guide who were flying to a hunting lodge were killed in the Norseman crash. Road accidents took fourteen lives and other accidents resulted in sixteen deaths.
