Obituary
The death occurred yesterday morning of Mr Thomas Cox, a resident of Hector. The late Mr Cox was born in Reefton 71 years ago, and had resided in Hector for the greater part of his life. He was a very highly esteemed and well-known resident of the district. A keen member of the Druids’ Lodge, he took a very active part in all proceedings. He is survived by one son, Thomas, one daughter, Mrs T. McGhee, of Elector, and Mrs Christie, of Christchurch.
