TABLE TENNIS Third Test
P.A. CHRISTCHURCH, Sept 26. England again beat New Zealand in the third table tennis test played at Christchurch this evening by a decisive margin of five matches to nil. Results were: —
Singles—Barna (England) beat L. M Wilson (Wellington) 21/12 21/11, 21/12; R. Bergman (England) beat R. A. Algie (Auckland) 21/11 21/16, 21/9; Ba’rna beat Algie 21/10, 21/20, 21/17; Bergman beat wilson 21/17, 21/7, 21/4. Doubles. —Bergman and Barna heat H. Chapman and H. Lauder (Wellington) 21/14, 21/8, 21/15.
