Greek Court-Martial Sentences 51 to Death

LONDON, Aug. 23 A Greek court-martial at Florina to-day sentenced to death 51 persons convicted at a mass trial of treason and terrorism. There were 112 persons charged with sabotage and spying for the Greek guerrillas. Eleven others were sentenced to life imprisonment and eight were sentenced to eight years’ imprisonment. Those sentenced were alleged to be Communist terrorists and members of the Slav Macedonian Autonomous Movement.
