GREYMOUTH BUILDING SALES SANCTIONED

The building on Mawhera Quay owned by Mr L. A. Inkster, and occupied by Inkster’s, Ltd., photographers and booksellers, was the subject of an application for consent to a transfer to H. N. Pyne, intermediary for L. A, Inkster and Inkster’s Properties, Ltd., for £5OOO, at yesterday's sitting of the Westland Land Valuation Committee. The Committee granted the sale subject to a reduction to £4500 and to the production of a necessary declaration. The Committee also approved the sale of a Mackay Street property by J. S. Robertson to Wild and Robertson, Ltd,, for £750. Other sales approved were: — J. W. Haidwicke to A. B. Glen, Greymouth, price £660. R. G. Straker to E. S. Williams,. South Beach, price £155. J. C. Sweeney to J. H. Lister, Rapahoe property, price £750. —Subject to reduction to £670. C. R. Coulson to A. F. Fauth, section, Paroa, price £BO.
