Changeable WELLINGTON, March 23. The West Coast weather report is as follows: — Situation: A deep depression is south-east of New Zealand and a cold front is moving north-east over the South Island. The forecast to 5 p.m. on Thursday is for fresh south-west winds. There will be occasional rain this morning, but the weather- is improving this afternoon, and becoming fair.
