WILL ROYAL BABY BE A BOY?

LONDON, October 23.

Palace circles say Princess Elizabeth is confident her baby will be a boy. The baby is expected in midNovember

If Princess .Elizabeth's prediction is correct, her baby would be in direct line of succession to the throne, and would be the first British ruler to be born at Buckingham Palace since King Edward VII, 107 years ago. Marie France, the French women s newspaper, will offer presents to all babies born in France on the same day as Princess Elizabeth’s baby. It will offer presents to all French children under the age of seven years whose birthday falls on the same day. The newspaper estimates that its presents will cost the equivalent of about £2OOO.
