Mr O. E. Stout

WELLINGTON, Aug. 23. The death has occurred 1 of M.r Olaf Erik Stout, youngest son of 1 the late Sir Robert Stout and Lady Stout. Born at Dunedin in 1889, Mr Stout was educated at Wellington College and continued his studies at the Cambridge University, where he graduated B.A. and LL.B. He spent several years in England before _ the First World War and was barrister-at-law at Lincoln’s Inn, London. On returning to New Zealand. Mr Stout practised in North Auckland and later came to Wellington. A sister of Mr Stout, who was unmarried, is Mrs Trevor Holmden, of Auckland, and brothers are: Mr J. Logan. Stout, formerly chief stipendiary magistrate in Wellington; Dr Duncan Stout and Dr Robert Stout, all of Wellington.
