(Rec. 8.10) CAIRO, Feb. 28 A cable message to the Cairo representative of the late Imam Yehia, from Seif El Islam Ahmed, who is the late Imam’s eldest son, indicated that civil war has broken out between “Loyalist forces” and those of the new Imam, who made himself ruler after Imam Yehia’s assassination.
