N.Z. AIR SERVICE

To Vancouver

VANCOUVER, Feb. 21.

Air Vice Marshal Sir Leonard Isitt who is a director of British Commonwealth Pacific Airways, announced Mere that an air service between Auckland and Vancouver will begin in the near future. The route is to be flown by the Australian National Airways. It is to be the same as that of the present Sydney-Vancouver service, and will employ Skymasters, later switching to DC4’s, manufactured in Canada. No definite date is yet available. Air Vice Marshal IsCtt is returning to New Zealand via the American National Airways leaving here on Friday.
