HOKITIKA POST OFFICE
Plans Nearly Complete CONTRACT SOON TO BE ARRANGED. WELLINGTON, Oct. 15. The Hon. J. O’Brien has been advised by the Postmaster General that the preparation of the working drawings of the’ new Post Office for Hokitika is nearing completion, and everything possible is being done to expedite the calling of tenders. The new Hokitika Post Office is provided for in the building programme for 1946/47, and it is' hoped the contract will be arranged before the end of the financial year.
