NEW YORK, Aug. 25. In the national doubles championship semi-finals, Talbert and Mulloy defeated Parker and Falkenburg, 3-6, 4-6, 6-3, 6-4, 8-6; and McNeill and Guernsey defeated Kramer and Schroeder 7-6, 6-3, 6-2. The result of the latter match was one of the biggest surprises of the tournament.
