National Savings investments in the Westport district for the week ended June 22, were: Westport, £1485 (weekly quota £265); Denniston, £32 (£29-; Granity-Millerton, £146 (£51); Karamea, £1 (£13); district, £1664 (£358). The exceptionally large investment in Westport, £1485, was £1220 in excess of the quota.
