JUDGE “SOLD" JUSTICE

LOSES PENSION RIGHTS WASHINGTON, June 25. President Truman has signed a B.'lll denying a pension right to a former Federal Judge, Albert Johnson of Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. The House of Representatives Judiciary Committee report that -Johnson sold justice in his Court “for all the traffic would bear.” He waived pension rights amounting to ten thousand’ dollars annually, but subsequently demanded the money.
