KATOOMBA’S FIREMEN
LIKELY TO GAIN THEIR POINT (Rec. 11.30) SYDNEY, Jan. 28 The s.s. Katoomba may sail on Thursday for Wellington with her five hundred and fifty delayed passengers. If so, she will carry twentyfour firemen which is the number required. f‘or .tropical manning, instead of twenty-one, the manning scale for latitudes south of Cairns. After landing her passengers at Wellington she will go on lo Torokina or to Rabaul to pick up Australian troops.
