WELLINGTON, Sept. 17. The weather forecast is as follows: Situation: There is a deep depression west of Auckland, moving slowly southwards. There is an anti-cyclone south-east of the South Island. Forecast to 5 p.m. on Tuesday: Moderate to fresh easterly winds. Weather cloudy, with scattered rain, spreauing from the north. Temperatures moderate. Further outlook: Unsettled weather.
