EARNS HIGH TRIBUTES FROM LEADING DIPLOMATS P.A. DUNEDIN, July 19 The Prime Minister, Rt. Hon. F. Fraser ,said to-day that he would like to supplement the very effective answer given by Hon. W. Nash yesterday, in the House, to a question concerning the work of .Mr. C. Boswell, Minister for New Zealand m Moscow. When he (Mr. Fraser) was at San Francisco, attending the-. United Nations Conference, he met Sir Clark-Kerr, the United Kingdom Ambasador at Moscow, and Mr. Wildergrive, the Canadian Minister to Russia, and also renewed his friendly acquaintance, extending over the war years, with Mr. Avenll Harriman, the Ambassador for the United States to the U.S.S.R. Each separately informed him ot tineir high opinion of Mr. Boswell personally, and of the great respect in which he was held. They all said that New Zealand, had an excellent representative in its Minister, and that they appreciated very much his willing co-operation, sometimes m difficult situations.
