YESTERDAY’S ROAD RACE. The Greymouth Cycling Club’s road race from Morrissey’s to the Camp and back, held yesterday morning, resulted as follows: K. Lalor 1; R. Armstrong 2; V. Goodall 3. A. Hinks gained fastest time. Time: 20min 50sec. Next Saturday’s race will be from the Australasian Hotel to Paroa and back. Before the main ■ event a novice cycle road race was held yesterday from the Cobden Hotel to the corner of Bright Street and back. The result was: E. Patterson 1, S. Goodall 2, R. Edwards 3.
