ASHBURTON TEAM TO MEET COAST. The Ashburton cricket team selected to play a West Coast representative team at the Ashburton Domain oval on Easter Saturday and Monday is as follows: H. E. Cook (captain), R. Reynolds (Methven), L. Moore, S. W. Kerr, R. Holloway (Kai Ora), B. Jordan (Fairfield), I. Behrnes, J. Doig, B. Doig (Ashburton Old Boys), D. Porte;/ N. Jones (Technical). Reserves: D( Smith (Lauriston), C. Robertson (Fairfield), P. Zouch (Ashburton Old Boys). A former Ross cricketer, L. Denia, playing in a senior match at Hagley P'ark, Christchurch, on Saturday for West Coast Old Boys did the hat trick, and took six wickets for 15 runs.
