LEFT GOVERNMENT

IN ROUMANIA. AMERICA RAISES OBJECTION. (Received March 16, 10.30 p.m.). WASHINGTON, March 16. The U.S. State Department announced: Britain, Russia, and the United States are now discussing the political situation in Roumania. The Associated Press of America learns that the United States has requested these conversations, under the Yaltg' Agreement, which provides for joint action, when necessary, to preserve the political security and the independence of the liberated and satellite countries. Th e present Groza regime in Roumania is considered here to be a minority government, and to be one not representative of all the democratic elements of the country.
