GREYMOUTH CALENDAR The Supreme Court, presided over by Mr Justice Northcroft, will commence its quarterly session at Greymouth on Monday next at 10.30 a.m. There are no criminal or civil cases for settlement. Phyllis Nelmes on grounds of alleged adultery, with 'Richard Alfred Price, of Rough River, and formerly of Mananui cited as co-respondent. George MacDonald Hamilton v. Amelia Gertrude Hamilton, on grounds of failure to comply with a decree for restitution of conjugal rights. Stanlev Presgrave Dalton v. .Muriel Elizabeth West Dalton, on grounds of desertion.
